SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping is FREE across India on eligible orders.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been confirmed and processed.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Some remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you on the provided phone number to confirm the order before dispatch.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your phone number and PIN code. ZORVYA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
